If your power is out, call your lines company - not PowerHub. They own the poles and wires in your street and they are the only ones who can restore your supply. In an electrical emergency - fallen lines, sparking, fire or injury - always call 111 first.
PowerHub members can also call us on 0800 769 374 and we will point you to the right number. Some networks ask you to report faults through your retailer rather than calling them directly - if yours does, call us and we will log it for you.
